“I” Street Family Tavern First Opened it’s Doors in 1957 by the Peterson Family. 1n 1969 the Peterson’s Started the Now Famous “I” Street All-U-Can Eat Fish Fry. Currently the Longest Running in LaPorte. Presently Owned by the Fritzen Family, “I” Street has Strived to Set Themselves Apart From the Chain Restaurants, by Offering That Certain Personal Touch That the Chains Won’t Give You. In the 50 Plus Years That “I” Street has Been Operating Many Things Have Changed in the World.
